Hi, I’m Jasper! I’m an 8-week-old male Shih Tzu with a beautiful liver & white coat. I am ready now to plan my trip to my forever family. Once I reach my adult size, I’m expected to weigh between 9–16 lbs. I’m AKC registered. I’m excited to bring a lot of love and a little bit of puppy chaos.
